Overview

The Director of Process and Enablement is a highly proactive role to the COO, responsible for driving organizational effectiveness and operational excellence across Crowe Global. Operating as part of a lean central team, this role builds structure where it is lacking, supports the development and oversight of IT governance, and serves as product owner for the global member portal—the most critical digital tool supporting the network.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Executive Support

  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the COO, helping prioritize, structure, and execute key initiatives.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, track progress, and ensure accountability across the leadership team.
  • Identify operational gaps across the organization and design scalable, fit-for-purpose processes.
  • Build and maintain organizational policies, workflows, and governance frameworks.
  • Drive adoption and compliance with new processes, ensuring clarity and accountability across teams.
  • Lead high-priority cross-functional projects, ensuring delivery on time and to standard.
  • Build dashboards and tracking mechanisms that give the COO and other key stakeholders visibility into progress on initiatives and performance metrics.
  • Step in as project lead when executive visibility or hands-on leadership is required.
  • Supports the COO with IT governance processes and vendor management, ensuring reliable and secure IT support for the global office.
  • Assists to define and enforce IT policies, security standards, and compliance practices.
  • Serve as the escalation point and final authority on IT processes, balancing operational needs with risk management.
  • Act as the product owner for the global member portal, ensuring it delivers maximum value to member firms and internal stakeholders.
  • Define the product roadmap, set priorities, and oversee delivery in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and continuously improve portal functionality, user experience, and adoption.
